本标准规定了测定环境空气和废气中甲醇的顶空/气相色谱法。本标准适用于环境空气、无组织排放监控点空气和固定污染源有组织排放废气中甲醇的测定。环境空气和无组织排放监控点空气采样体积为 20 L，进样量为 1.0 mL 时，方法检出限为 0.05 mg/m3，测定下限为 0.2 mg/m3；固定污染源有组织排放废气采样体积为 10 L，进样量为 1.0 mL 时，方法检出限为 0.1 mg/m3，测定下限为 0.4 mg/m3。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司，采用用带FID的气相色谱仪进行分析，聚乙二醇-20M毛细管柱，纯水直接吸收,用A、B、二级吸收液富集高含量甲醇气样的总回收率为97.7％,低含量甲醇样品回收率大于95％,变异系数7％左右。，甲醇与乙醇可以分开(R=1.41),以峰面积法定量,甲醇的最低检出浓度为0.35mg/m~3。

This standard specifies the headspace/gas chromatography method for determining methanol in ambient air and exhaust gases. This standard is applicable to the determination of methanol in ambient air, unorganized emission monitoring point air, and organized emission waste gas from fixed pollution sources. When the sampling volume of ambient air and unorganized emission monitoring points is 20 L and the injection volume is 1.0 mL, the detection limit of the method is 0.05 mg/m3, and the lower limit of determination is 0.2 mg/m3; When the sampling volume of organized emission exhaust gas from a fixed pollution source is 10 L and the injection volume is 1.0 mL, the detection limit of the method is 0.1 mg/m3, and the lower limit of determination is 0.4 mg/m3.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses a gas chromatograph with FID for analysis, a polyethylene glycol-20M capillary column, and pure water direct absorption. The total recovery rate of high content methanol gas samples enriched with A, B, and secondary absorption liquids is 97.7%, and the recovery rate of low content methanol samples is greater than 95%, with a coefficient of variation of about 7%. Methanol and ethanol can be separated (R=1.41) and quantified by peak area method. The lowest detectable concentration of methanol is 0.35mg/m3.
