浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，采用10%DC-550聚四氟乙烯填充柱测定三氯氢硅线性范围测定,得到线性相关系数R=0.999 6。进行了方法的平行性和重复性试验,结果表明:方法的平行性好,重复性好,三氯氢硅质量分数的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.52%,结果令人满意。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used a 10% DC-550 polytetrafluoroethylene packed column to determine the linear range of trichlorosilane, and obtained a linear correlation coefficient R=0.999 6. The parallelism and repeatability experiments of the method were conducted, and the results showed that the parallelism and repeatability of the method were good. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the mass fraction of trichlorosilane was less than 0.52%, and the results were satisfactory.
