HJ/T 33-1999 固定污染源排气中甲醇的测定 方法中所使用的 石墨化碳黑填充柱
该方法原理是利用载气（高纯氮气）将样品通过填充柱，甲醇等组分在柱中分离后，进入氢火焰离子化检测器（FID） 进行检测，通过保留时间定性，峰高或峰面积定量。
适用范围：适用于固定污染源有组织排放（如烟囱、管道）和无组织排放（如车间边界）中甲醇的测定。
方法性能：标准中提到，当进样量为1.0 ml时，方法的检出限为2 mg/m³，定量测定范围一般为5.0 - 104 mg/m³。另有应用表明其最低检出浓度可达0.2 mg/m³6，或0.07 mg/m³（通过富集采样后）。
样品处理：通常采用硅胶管吸附或蒸馏水/去离子水吸收的方式采集废气中的甲醇，再经热解吸或直接进样分析。

The graphitized carbon black packed column used in the determination method of methanol in fixed pollution source exhaust gas HJ/T 33-1999
The principle of this method is to use a carrier gas (high-purity nitrogen) to pass the sample through a packed column. After separating components such as methanol in the column, it enters a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for detection. Qualitative analysis is performed by retention time, and quantitative analysis is performed by peak height or peak area.
Scope of application: Suitable for the determination of methanol in organized emissions (such as chimneys and pipelines) and unorganized emissions (such as workshop boundaries) from fixed pollution sources.
Method performance: As mentioned in the standard, when the injection volume is 1.0 ml, the detection limit of the method is 2 mg/m ³, and the quantitative determination range is generally 5.0-104 mg/m ³. Another application shows that its minimum detectable concentration can reach 0.2 mg/m ³ 6, or 0.07 mg/m ³ (after enrichment sampling).
Sample processing: Methanol in exhaust gas is usually collected by adsorption with silicone tubing or absorption with distilled/deionized water, and then analyzed by thermal desorption or direct injection.
