Application: GBT 3634.1 Hydrogen Part 1: Determination of Oxygen and Argon in Industrial Hydrogen
In the national standard, 5A and 401 deoxygenation columns are used for the determination of oxygen and argon in industrial hydrogen with two injections. A multidimensional chromatography system with two valves and two columns is required, which is complex, time-consuming, and laborious to operate. The deoxygenation agent is prone to failure and needs to be replaced frequently, which is very troublesome and inefficient, and cannot meet the rapid needs of industrial production testing.

工业氢气分析项目执行国家标准(GB/T3634.1—2006).其中氧、氩和氮含量的测定采用的是气相色谱法,配备脱氧柱和切换柱两次进样,测定样品气中氩和氮的含量,用差减法计算出样品.此方法人为地两次手动进样,每次分析样品在六通阀的定量管中由于受温度压力不同给分析结果带来人为误差.
国标中采用5A与401脱氧柱，2次进样测定工业氢中氧氩，需要2阀2柱的多维色谱系统，操作复杂，费时费力，脱氧剂容易失效，需要经常进行更换，十分麻烦，效率低下，无法满足工业生产检测的快速需要。
