B.2.1 原理
用活性炭管采集空气中丙酮,用二硫化碳解吸,经 PorapakQ 柱分离后,用氢焰离子化检
测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰高定量。
B.2.2 仪器
(1) 活性炭管:用长 7cm,内径 4mm,外径 6mm 玻璃管,内装两段 20~40 目椰子壳
活性炭,中间用玻璃棉或氨基甲酸乙酯泡沫塑料垫隔开,玻璃管二端用火熔封,可供长期保
存应用。如短时间内应用,可套上塑料帽保存。在装管前应先将活性炭于 300~350℃通氮气
处理 3~4h,管中前段装 100mg,后段装 50mg 活性炭。后段活性炭外边用玻璃棉或氨基甲
酸乙酯泡沫塑料固定。前段活性炭外边则用玻璃棉固定。
(2) 采样泵,0~1L/min。
(3) 微量注射器,100?l,10?l,1?l。
(4) 具塞试管,5ml。
(5) 气相色谱仪,氢焰离子化检测器。55ng 丙酮给出的信噪比不低于 3∶1。

B. 2.1 Principle

B. 2.2 Instruments

Activated carbon, separated by glass wool or urethane foam plastic pad in the middle, and the two ends of glass tube are sealed by fire for long-term protection

Process for 3-4 hours, with 100mg of activated carbon in the front section and 50mg of activated carbon in the back section of the tube. The outer edge of the activated carbon in the later stage is made of glass wool or amino methyl

(5) Gas chromatograph, hydrogen flame ionization detector. The signal-to-noise ratio given by 55ng acetone is not less than 3:1.
