本准规定了测定水中烷基汞(甲基汞,乙基汞)的气相色谱法。 本标准适用于地面水及污水中烷基汞的测定。 本方法用琉基棉富集水中的烷基汞,用盐酸氯化钠溶液解析,然后用甲苯萃取,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定,实际达到的最低检出浓度随仪器灵敏度和水样基体效应而变化,当水样取1L时,甲基汞通常检测到10ng/L,乙基汞检测到20ng/L。 样品中含硫有机物(硫醇,硫醚,噻酚等)均可被富集萃取,在分析过程中积存在色谱柱内,使色谱柱分离效率下降,干扰烷基汞的测定。定期往色谱柱内注入二氯化汞苯饱和溶液,可以去除这些干扰,恢复色谱柱分离效率。
浩瀚色谱采用巯基棉富集水质中的烷基汞,再用2.0 mol/L的氯化钠和1.0 mol/L的盐酸混合溶液进行解析,然后用1.0 mL甲苯萃取,最后用带有电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定水质中的烷基汞对实际水样进行平行实验的平均相对偏差为0.85%,本方法的准确度和精密度良好,能满足一般水质的环境监测要求。

This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for determining alkylmercury (methylmercury, ethylmercury) in water. This standard is applicable for the determination of alkylmercury in surface water and wastewater. This method uses sulfur cotton to enrich alkylmercury in water, analyzes it with hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride solution, extracts it with toluene, and determines it with a gas chromatograph with an electron capture detector. The actual minimum detectable concentration varies with instrument sensitivity and water sample matrix effect. When taking 1L of water sample, methylmercury is usually detected at 10ng/L, and ethylmercury is detected at 20ng/L. The sulfur-containing organic compounds (thiols, thioethers, thiophenols, etc.) in the sample can be enriched and extracted, and accumulate in the chromatographic column during the analysis process, which reduces the separation efficiency of the chromatographic column and interferes with the determination of alkylmercury. Regularly injecting a saturated solution of mercuric chloride and benzene into the chromatographic column can remove these interferences and restore the separation efficiency of the column.
Haohan chromatography uses thiol cotton to enrich alkylmercury in water quality, and then analyzes it with a mixed solution of 2.0 mol/L sodium chloride and 1.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid. It is then extracted with 1.0 mL toluene and finally measured for alkylmercury in water quality using a gas chromatograph with an electron capture detector. The average relative deviation of parallel experiments on actual water samples is 0.85%. This method has good accuracy and precision, and can meet the environmental monitoring requirements of general water quality.
