浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,建立了大气和海水中挥发性硫化物的气相色谱分析方法,确定了最佳实验条件。为了适应不同的基质和保存方式,大气和海水样品采用了不同的分析方法。测定大气样品时,采用大气采样罐及三级冷阱预浓缩气相色谱-质谱联用技术,而海水样品采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱测定。本方法测定大气挥发性硫化物的线性范围较好,精密度为7.7%~15.1%,检出限为0.23~4.7 ng;海水中挥发性硫化物的精密度为3.5%~5.3%,检出限为2.5~3.5 ng。将本方法用于近海海水和大气中硫化物的测定,测得海水中羰基硫、二甲基硫和二硫化碳的平均浓度分别为(268±58)pmol/L、(1264±0.2)pmol/L、(19±2)pmol/L,大气中的平均浓度为543±39、39±9和56±20(×10~(-12),V/V)。本方法可准确测定海洋环境中的挥发性硫化物。

 

 

本方法适用于恶臭污染源排气和环境空气中硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同时测定。气相色谱仪的火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)对四种成分的检出限为0.2×10~1.0×10g,当气体样品中四种成分浓度高于1.0mg/m时,可取1~2mL气体样品直接注入气相色谱仪分析。对1L气体样品进行浓缩,四种成分的方法检出限分别为0.2×10~1.0×10mg/m。

In order to adapt to different matrices and storage methods, different analytical methods were used for atmospheric and seawater samples. When measuring atmospheric samples, the atmospheric sampling tank and three-stage cold trap pre concentration gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology are used, while the seawater samples are measured by blow trap gas chromatography. This method has a good linear range for the determination of atmospheric volatile sulfides, with a precision of 7.7%~15.1% and a detection limit of 0.23~4.7 ng; The precision of volatile sulfides in seawater is 3.5%~5.3%, and the detection limit is 2.5~3.5 ng. This method was applied to the determination of sulfides in nearshore seawater and atmosphere. The average concentrations of carbonyl sulfur, dimethyl sulfur, and carbon disulfide in seawater were measured to be (268 ± 58) pmol/L, (1264 ± 0.2) pmol/L, and (19 ± 2) pmol/L, respectively. This method is applicable for the simultaneous determination of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, and dimethyl disulfide in the exhaust of odor pollution sources and ambient air. The detection limit of the flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) of the gas chromatograph for four components is 0.2 × 10-1.0 × When the concentration of the four components in the gas sample exceeds 1.0mg/m, 1-2mL of the gas sample can be directly injected into the gas chromatograph for analysis.
