浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立桂枝挥发油中桂皮醛含量测定的气相色谱法.方法选用OV-17色谱柱,进样器温度250℃,,检测器FID250℃,载气He:1mL/min,H20.2kg/cm2,空气0.4kg/cm2..结果桂皮醛进样量在0.082~1.640g/L浓度范围内峰面积与被测物浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为100.69%.以乙晴为溶剂,对不同时间点测得的挥发油中桂皮醛含量相对接近.结论该方法操作简便,准确,重现性好.
