浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司根据HJ 38—2017《固定污染源废气总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃的测定气相色谱法》,结合实际监测分析中遇到的问题，对气相色谱法分析尤其是填充柱法分析时的色谱柱差异、校准曲线制作、总烃峰异常、除烃空气干扰和采样容器的选择等方面进行了探讨实验。实验结果表明：不锈钢空柱更适用于总烃的测定；采用一定浓度的标气、不同的进样体积来建立校准曲线，校准曲线的相关系数相对更好；利用真空玻璃瓶采样，现场操作简单，易清洗，价格低，适用于采集环境空气和无组织排放污染源样品。
